You might know us as KT Flooring LTD, our sister company. While KT Flooring focuses mainly on commercial projects, we wanted to create a space dedicated to homeowners — somewhere personal, welcoming, and tailored.

That’s how Emporium Flooring was born: a brand-new showroom designed to help you find the perfect flooring for your home.

Just some of the questions we get asked most about our services here at Emporium Flooring. If you have any other questions, our team would be delighted to help.

How long before we can walk on my floor?

If screeding the floor it will take 2-3 hours after we are finished before it can be walked on. Depending on temperatures, it can dry faster/slower.

When laying LVT flooring it can be walked on as soon as we are finished.

How long until we can clean the floor?

It would be best to leave it until the following day after completed to let the glue / seal settle.

When can you fit me in for installation?

The reason we take a 50% deposit is so that we can secure your booking and order in the materials. The faster the deposit is paid, the faster we can order the materials and be able to give you an accurate date as to when we can start a job.

Materials have all different lead times, so this can vary depending on what is being installed.

How much is it going to cost?

Every job varies in price depending on the product chosen or your room size. The best thing to do is come into the showroom with your budget and we can direct you to the products that fall within your budget then we can come out and measure up once you are happy with the rough estimate.
